Enrollment and Approval

Age Requirement
To join the Ganja Tree Affiliate Program, you must be 21 years of age or older. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement and comply with all applicable laws in your location.

Program Purpose
Your participation is solely for the legal promotion of our products and website in exchange for commission on qualified purchases made by referred customers.

Commission and Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid monthly for qualifying purchases that remain active for at least 30 days.

• Payments are not issued for transactions involving chargebacks, refunds, or self referrals.

• You must have a valid PayPal account on file to receive payments.

• Commission rates and structures are subject to change at any time.

Commission Holding Period
All commissions are subject to a 30 day holding period before they are eligible for payout. This allows time for order verification, fraud checks, and to account for potential chargebacks or returns. Only commissions from completed and confirmed transactions will be paid.

Cookie Duration
Affiliate referrals are tracked using a 30 day cookie window. This means you will receive credit for any qualifying purchases made within 30 days of a customer clicking your referral link. If the customer returns after 30 days without clicking your link again, no commission will be earned.

Prohibited Conduct
Your account will be suspended or terminated immediately for any of the following:

• Paid advertising (PPC) on search engines, social platforms, or third party sites without written permission

• Listing or promoting Ganja Tree on coupon, deal, or rebate websites without explicit approval

• Making unapproved health claims about our products

• Misleading or deceptive content, including false endorsements or undisclosed affiliations

• Promoting on websites containing illegal or unethical content

• Spamming (email blasts, mass postings, etc.)

• Infringing on Ganja Tree intellectual property or branding without authorization

• Offering incentives, bonuses, or kickbacks that misrepresent or distort your role as an affiliate

• Fraudulent transactions or manipulation of affiliate tracking systems

Use of Affiliate Materials
You may use approved marketing materials provided in your affiliate dashboard. Custom materials must be brand aligned, accurate, and pre approved. Use of unapproved logos or misleading marketing assets is strictly prohibited.

Coupon and Deal Restrictions

• Affiliates may only promote official coupons provided directly by Ganja Tree

• Use of misleading copy such as “click to reveal deal” or false coupon claims is prohibited

• No pop ups, iframes, or scripts may trigger affiliate cookies without clear user intent

• Bidding on branded keywords related to discounts or coupons is strictly forbidden

Termination Rights
We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This includes but is not limited to any violation of these terms, brand misalignment, or suspicious activity. In cases of termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.

Program Changes
We may update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including lost profits, data loss, or tracking failures. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or uninterrupted access to our affiliate platform.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ganja Tree, its employees, officers, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the program, including negligence, misrepresentation, or breach of this agreement.
